"I highly recommend Rob Fleming! He and his team have been my homeowner and auto insurance agent for many years. They’ve seen me through both car accidents and home claims, making the process as easy as possible which is so important when dealing with the stress and trauma attached with the incidents that necessitated the claims.

Most recently his team went above and beyond for me. I had received a large payment from State Farm to replace the siding on my house. I was working with a contractor I trusted and signed the check over to them. Fast forward a few months and no work had been done, no work was scheduled. I couldn’t get ahold of the company and was afraid I’d been scammed.

I called Rob’s office and spoke with Daniel Kunes. Even though State Farm isn’t responsible for what I do with the money once received, Daniel was most attentive to my situation. He put in multiple calls to the contractor (as did I) and checked in with me regularly for updates. Thank goodness the situation is mitigated and work will commence next month. I’m not sure I’d have made headway with the contractor without Daniel’s help. For all that, I give the biggest possible THANK YOU!

"Very unresponsive agent. He is also chronically wrong with the information he gives you and it can take days to get an answer. Dan and Lisa are also standoffish. If you call too late in the day mind you over an hour before they close. Asking for a call back is "too unreasonable" per Dan. I would look for another state farm agent."

State Farm, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. Their process for finally getting a fair value (reached through arbitration) is arduous and their digital payment processing technology is problematic to say the least. Furthermore, when you have an IT/technology issue, there is little to no assistance available from State Farm. You will get a complete run around.

The whole process makes dealing with health insurance companies seem pleasant and joyous. I am disappointed to say the least in the lacking assistance for IT problems, in order get my rightful payment to my account."

"I was in an accident on Friday. We have called the office 3 times and the receptionist is totally unhelpful, stand-offish and basically doesn't let us talk to our actual agent. She told us to just file a claim with the persons that caused the accident. Awful customer service!"

"The worst auto insurance ever. I paid in full 1 month later get another bill for 461.00 bringing grand total to 1200. I went back to Progressive it cost me 882.00 for same insurance Fleming did not give me a full refund I cancelled 3 days after insurance began on 5-10-2023 he charged me 73.10 AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK ANOTHER 171.09 for home insure WITHOUT TELLING ME. Fleming is a liar he tells you one thing and does another he wastes paper. If there was a -1 that is EXACTLY WHAT HE’d get for a rating. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻"
